Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered under the same name as the registered account. alien138 does not process payments using third-party accounts.

alien138 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the user's banking service provider or e-wallet. All balances stored in a alien138 account do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user's account.

5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
alien138 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account if there is an indication of a violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, use of the platform for illegal purposes, or behaviour that is harmful to other users or the platform itself. Suspension may be carried out without prior notice if the situation is deemed urgent to protect the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts have been suspended will be notified via their registered email within a reasonable period after the suspension is carried out. Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to create a new account. alien138 reserves the right to reject and close any new account that is found to have been created by a previously banned user.
